  • We work with a wide variety of athletes from beginners to national-level competitors and focus on collaboration and connections built with those athletes.
  • Coaching to us is an evaluation and analysis of technique, individualization of exercise selection to create optimal movement patterns to produce the most force, and regulation of training volume & intensity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • With 5W Coaching, everything is built from the ground up and tailored to your needs to help you achieve excellence on and off the platform.

  • We’ll provide you with a fitness program that matches your goals, nutrition, and accountability so that you can achieve what you’re setting out on.
  • We carefully analyze your training course, and if things work or don’t work, we use that information to inform our choices and adjust the plan accordingly.
  • The Individualized Workout Programming includes weekly and monthly asynchronous video check-in, Initial Zoom call for program design, and Zoom calls after each training block to review success/shortcomings of each programming strategy, programming modifications whenever necessary, and 12-24-hour turnaround on communication.
